This research includes an introduction and a statement of its significance. It examines the role of the Sports Talent Center's management in fostering creativity and athletic excellence among members of the Ministry's individual and team sports. The study aims to reveal the center's management's role in the creativity and excellence of its members, including coaches and administrators in individual and team sports. It also seeks to identify the center's management's role in fostering creativity and athletic excellence across variables such as the type of team and individual sports, gender, and years of service at the center. The research hypothesizes that there is a positive impact on creativity and athletic excellence based on years of service for both males and females.
