هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى مهارة المتابعة ومستوى جودة الأداء الإداري لدى لقادة الكشفيين حاملي الشارة الخشبية في محافظات الفرات الأوسط (كربلاء، بابل، النجف، القادسية، المثنى) وكذلك معرفة علاقة الارتباط بين المتابعة وبعض مكونات جودة الأداء الإداري من خلال بناء مقاييس للمتابعة وجودة الأداء الإداري وحسب الخطوات العلمية لبناء المقاييس. من اجل خدمة الحركة العلمية وأنصافا للحركة الكشفية واهدافها
