Abstract

The research included the introduction and the importance of the research: The importance of the research is reflected in the attempt to link the administrative leadership and descover its impact on the organizational effectiveness of the Iraqi National Boxing Federation, in order to upgrade it to achieve the desired goals and provide the best in sporting achievements in boxing.
