The reality of crisis management for directors of youth and sports forums in Iraq from the point of view of sports supervisors

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of crisis management for directors of youth and sports forums. As for the research methodology, the researchers used the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational relationships in solving the research problem. As for the original research community, it was identified with the directors of youth and sports forums affiliated with the provincial councils in Iraq, who numbered (228). Director. The research community also included sports supervisors in the youth and sports forums affiliated with the provincial councils in Iraq. They represent the means for obtaining data for the original research community, which numbered (372) sports supervisors. As for the study procedures, the researchers distributed the crisis management scale to the application sample, which numbered (100) supervisors. Mathematically, their percentage constituted (26.88%) of the total research population, and after collecting data and conducting statistical treatments for the study scale. The researchers concluded that the directors of youth and sports forums affiliated with the provincial councils in Iraq enjoy (crisis management). The study recommended making use of the crisis management scale built by the researchers to measure the level of crisis management for directors of youth and sports forums affiliated with provincial councils in Iraq.
