Cognitive motivation and its relationship to the professional competence of physical education teachers in Baghdad Governorate

Abstract

Most of the psychological research was based on several variables, the most important of which is raising the level of the psychological aspect of physical education teachers so that they can reach a high level of giving and raise their level of professional competence. Among the most important and accurate of these variables is what is known as cognitive motivation. The research aimed to prepare two measures of price motivation and professional competence. Physical education teachers in Baghdad Governorate, identifying the level of cognitive motivation and professional competence of Baghdad physical education teachers, and identifying the relationship to the level of cognitive motivation and professional competence.

Scientific education in Baghdad Governorate. The descriptive approach was used in the manner of correlational relationships, the level of cognitive motivation, teachers’ professional competence, and suitability to the nature of the research. Another for Eidah, then, 22 physical education teachers in Baghdad Governorate. Conclusions: There is a high correlation between the level of cognitive benefit and the professional competence of physical education teachers.
