دور الحوكمة الالكترونية في تحسين اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والولاء التنظيمي لمدراء الاقسام الوطنية لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية في منطقة الفرات الاوسط

تتضح أهمية البحث وعلى وفق تلك المعطيات التي تطرق اليه البحث الحالي في محاولة التعرف على دور الحوكمة الالكترونية في تحسين وتطبيق القرارات الإدارية والولاء التنظيمي لمدراء الاقسام الوطنية لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية من وجهة نظر العاملين في تلك الأقسام لمنطقة الفرات الاوسط، وذلك من اجل الارتقاء الى الأمام وتقديم الافضل تحقيقاً للإنجازات الرياضية التي تواكب مسيرة التقدم في العالم العربي والعالمي، اما مشكلة البحث فتتمثل في (ما هو دور الحوكمة الالكترونية في تحسين اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والولاء التنظيمي لمدراء الاقسام الوطنية لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية في منطقة الفرات الأوسط ؟)، اما اهم اهداف البحث (اعداد وتطبيق مقاييس الحوكمة الالكترونية واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والولاء التنظيمي لدى العاملين في الاقسام الوطنية لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية لمنطقة الفرات الاوسط، التعرف على العلاقة بين الحوكمة الالكترونية واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية من جهة والحوكمة الالكترونية والولاء التنظيمي من جهة أخرى لمدراء الاقسام الوطنية لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية في منطقة الفرات الأوسط من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها)، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية لملائمته وطبيعة مشكلة البحث، ثم تم تحديد مجتمع البحث وعيناته من حدوده المتمثل من العاملين في الأقسام الوطنية لرعاية الموهبة الرياضية في منطقة الفرات الأوسط) موزعين عليها(142فردا) حيث كانت التجربة الاستطلاعية (23 فردا) وعينة الاعداد (56 فردا) وعينة التطبيق (63 فردا)، وقد اتبع الباحث خطوات اعداد وتطبيق المقاييس الثلاثة وتم معالجة البيانات بالطرق الإحصائية المستخدمة في البحث، اما الفصل الرابع فتضمن عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج للمقاييس الثلاثة ومدى العلاقة فيما بينهما، واستنتج الباحث (أن تحسين اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية يكون بوسائل وأساليب متعددة منها ما يكون من خلال التحليل البيئي أذ أن التحليل لأثر البيئة الخارجية والداخلية يعطي صورة واضحة عن طبيعة الفرص والتهديدات وكذلك القوة والضعف)، وأوصى الباحث (دعم وتشجيع الابداع والابتكار والابحاث الخاصة بالحوكمة الالكترونية في المؤسسة المبحوثة مما يسهم في نجاحها وتطورها وانتشارها في المؤسسات الحكومية الاخرى وتوسيع مجالاتها).
