The effect of brainstorming strategy on developing personal creativity and learning some complex offensive skills in youth football

Abstract

The goal of the research lies in knowing the effect of the brainstorming strategy on developing personal creativity and learning some complex attacking skills in youth football, as well as knowing which of the two approaches is better (the approach followed by the teacher or the brainstorming strategy) in the research variables. As for the research community, it represents Students of the fourth stage of Al-Adhamiya Preparatory School for Boys for the academic year (2023-2024). The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature and problem of the research. The number of the research sample reached (20) students. They were divided into two groups, the control and the experimental, numbering (10) students. Tests were applied to the two groups. On the scale of personal creativity, as well as in some offensive tests in football, the results were also processed using the statistical package (SPSS), and it was concluded through the results of the research that the strategy used in developing personal creativity has positive results and has proven its effectiveness in developing personal creativity and learning some complex offensive skills in football for juniors. Thus, the researcher recommended using the strategy in various activities, in addition to paying attention to football skills in general .
