The effect of rehabilitation exercises using assistive devices in improving explosive and speed-specific strength and strength endurance in moderate rupture of the knee and ankle joint in 110 hurdles runners after muscle play

the research: The importance of the research included using a set of auxiliary means to help the runner improve the special explosive power characterized by speed and endurance of strength through the use of a set of exercises using various means to help the runner from speed in returning to practicing sports. The problem of the research was that there are many injuries that occur in the knee and ankle joints in hurdle runners as a result of the runner crossing ten hurdles, which requires special strength in the lower part, and any injury occurs for several reasons, including crossing the hurdle incorrectly or twisting the ankle joint when the leg descends to the ground or the hurdle wrapping around the leg during the crossing.... etc., which leads to the injury and thus the runner's absence for a period that is not short from the stadiums and sports exercises and thus weakness in the special explosive power characterized by speed and endurance of the force working on the knee and ankle joints. This is a problem that must be stopped. The researchers decided to use a set of auxiliary means that improve the work of the injured muscles and the speed of returning to practicing sports faster and improving the joint muscle strength of the knee and ankle through the use of a set of rehabilitation exercises using auxiliary means that work to strengthen the injured muscles and the speed of returning to Practicing sports exercises, while the research objectives were to prepare exercises with auxiliary means in developing the special explosive strength characterized by speed and strength endurance for the research sample. And to know the effect of these exercises in improving the special strength under study for the knee and ankle joints. As for the research hypotheses, there are statistically significant differences between the pre-tests and post-tests and post-tests. The second chapter included the research methodology, as the researchers used the experimental method to suit the research problem. The sample was from the runners of the specialized school in athletics. The researchers used the means and tools that contributed to improving muscular abilities, and also used statistical means to extract the results. The third chapter included the presentation, analysis and discussion of the results, and showed significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests in favor of the post-tests. Therefore, the conclusions showed the emergence of development in special strength after using the means, as well as that the rehabilitation exercises helped to develop the special strength affecting the knee and ankle joints for 110 m hurdles runners. As for the recommendations, it was necessary to conduct similar studies and research to prepare curricula using different means to improve other physical abilities.
