Job satisfaction and its relationship to the functional environment of the Youth and Sports Directorate in Dhi Qar from the point of view of its employees

Abstract

All functional institutions in general, and the institution under study in particular, seek to achieve the goals set for them and compete with other institutions related to the task. This can only be achieved through a united work team working in a good work environment free of complications that stand as a barrier to employees, so The researcher seeks to identify the level of satisfaction of the job staff in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Dhi Qar Governorate? And its relationship to the job environment? To reach his goals, the researcher worked on building two scales: job satisfaction and its axes (motivation - psychological fitness - belonging to the organization) and the job environment scale and its axes (style). Management - Respect - Justice) The descriptive approach was adopted using the survey method and correlational relationships, and the research community consisted of the institution’s employees, numbering (125).
