Abstract

Technological progress plays a major role in providing the teacher with tools and devices that help facilitate the delivery of information to learners, and the constructivist strategy is one of the forms of modern educational technology as it is an educational system that interacts functionally through the educational part to achieve specific goals, and the constructivist strategy is based on a tight sequential organization that allows each learner has to walk in the educational part according to his distinctive characteristics and to be active and positive throughout the period of his passing through it. The constructivist strategy is one of the modern strategies in learning that works to stimulate the student’s senses of hearing and sight, which is reflected in the skillful performance well, as well as through which scientific content can be presented in clear and attractive forms, which may contribute to increasing the learner’s mental abilities and skills and thus increase his cognitive achievement the constructivist strategy is a phenomenon of great importance whose effects are reflected in the learning and teaching processes. As for the research problem, it was found that many teachers do not take into account modern strategies and methods in learning technical skills in football, and if they exist, they are in a small way, as the stage of learning technical skills is one of the most important and difficult The stages to be taken care of and this is not compatible with the development in educational technology, so the researcher decided to use the constructivist strategy (E5) and work on preparing an educational program that contains modern information that the student receives from the teacher through models, paintings, display, computer and publications.

The researchers used the experimental method in the manner of two equal groups for its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The research community and sample were identified and they are first-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Al-Qadisiyah
