Building a model according to the most important psychological abilities as an indicator for the selection of traffic employees in the Diwaniyah Traffic Directorate

Abstract

 The research included the introduction and the importance of the research: in which the importance of sports psychology in general and its use in general aspects, including traffic, was addressed. As for the research problem, it was to identify the psychological model of traffic employees in the Diwaniyah Traffic Directorate.
